Located in the rich gold mining district of the Sierra Nevada Foothills, we are a licensed Grass Valley wedding venue. We offer indoor and outdoor celebration space.

Our festive venue is lined with huge windows and romantic sheers. You have the option of using our historical bar, and the full stage with sound system and lighting. Choose the event package to best meet your needs:

All bar and alcoholic beverage services provided by venue. Any outside alcoholic beverages are subject to corkage fees. Package prices subject to change, or may vary with add-ons or customization. Venue maximum capacity is 260 guests.

Pearl

$1790 for 100 guests
($10 per person after 100)

The Essentials Pearl Package includes:

  • Our fully movable stage
  • Elegant padded Chiavari chairs
  • Tables, round or banquet
  • Ballroom arrangement of your choice
  • Feature Tables, including gift table, cake table, and bridal table
  • 10 hour venue rental (additional time for $300 per hour)
  • Onsite Venue Host
  • Market lights and chandeliers
  • Bartender
  • Sonos Sound System: broadcast personal music from iPod, Spotify, or Pandora

Gold

$4790 for 100 guests
($15 per person after 100)

The Popular Gold Package includes everything from the Pearl Package, PLUS:

  • Day-of event coordinator
  • Two 2-hour consultations with venue event coordinator

AND choose 3 additional options from the list below:

  • Place settings, including glassware, flatware, and plates
  • Linens, tablecloths & napkins, in assorted colors
  • Centerpieces & decor, various options
  • Sound System: 2 speakers, microphone, and stand
  • Champagne or Sparkling Cider Toast
  • Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service - Choose 3 bottomless banquet-style beverages:
    Infused or plain water, iced tea, coffee, hot tea, or lemonade.
  • Selfie Photo Booth with backdrop and props

Diamond

$6790 for 100 guests
($20 per person after 100)

The Diamond Package includes everything from the Pearl Package, PLUS:

  • Day-of event coordinator
  • Two 2-hour consultations with venue event coordinator
  • DJ with custom play-list for five hours

AND choose 5 additional options from the list below:

  • Place settings, including glassware, flatware, and plates
  • Linens, tablecloths & napkins, in assorted colors
  • Centerpieces & decor, various options
  • Sound System: 2 speakers, microphone, and stand
  • Champagne or Sparkling Cider Toast

Add Your Ceremony to Any Package

Are you interested in having your wedding ceremony added to your reception package? Adding a ceremony includes:

  • One hour rehearsal, scheduled in advance. (Day & time of rehearsal depend on venue availability.)
  • Two additional venue rental hours on day of wedding.
  • Set-up & transition of ceremony to reception, including decorating, if part of your reception package.
  • Patio accommodations for guests to enjoy cocktail or social hour while ballroom is transformed into your wedding reception. *Discuss beverage service options with your venue coordinator..
